Travel Inspira 2-Year Warranty Policy

Congratulations on your purchase of a Travel Inspira product! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our travel gadgets and accessories. To ensure your peace of mind, we are pleased to offer a 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturer issues affecting the functionality of your item.

Coverage:
This warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this time, if you experience any issues related to manufacturing, we've got you covered.

What's Not Covered:
Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product. Additionally, it does not apply to damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or any other non-manufacturer-related factors.

The 2-Year Warranty is eligible to the original recipient of the Travel Inspira Product. For your ease and convenience, we require registering all Travel Inspira gear when it has been purchased. You can register your gear here:

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly follow these steps:


Contact our customer support team at service@travelinspira.com  and provide the following details:

  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email or on the product packaging).
  • A brief written description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • As part of the claim process, we require you to provide a short video illustrating the problem with the product. This video will help our technicians assess the issue accurately and expedite the resolution.

Repair and Replacement:
If your Travel Inspira product encounters any manufacturer-related issues within the warranty period, we will always strive to repair it promptly. Our commitment to sustainability means we want to keep products out of landfill whenever possible. However, in the event that a repair is not feasible or we do not have the required repair parts available, you may be eligible for a replacement product of the same item.

Important Information:

  1. To be eligible for warranty coverage, please ensure you register your product following the steps provided above.
  2. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner of the Travel Inspira product.
  3. Any repair or replacement under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
  4. In the case of a replacement, the new product will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
